Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Duties:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and servefood.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that all product and packaging is properly merchandised and stocked.
• Instructs staff about food handling procedures and reports to restaurant management.
• Provide orientation and monitor new team members.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
