Job Details Located at 609B Carlton Trail North Battleford, SK. S9A 4A9. The Yellow Submarine is seeking to fill one (1) position of Assistant Manager, Restaurant. Position will be full time permanent position (37.5 to 40 hrs week) with a starting wage of $22.22 hr. Vacation paid at 5.77%. English essential.
Assistant Manager, Restaurant may perform some or all of the following duties:
• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled operating hours.
• Maintain standards for product & service quality, restaurant cleanliness & speed of service.
• Always ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to as to ensure compliance with Provincial guidelines.
• Determine staffing schedules while ensuring adequate numbers to maintain efficient operations.
• Staff, train and develop hourly employees through hiring, orientations, ongoing feedback, establishment of performance expectations & by conducting performance reviews.
• Expected to exercise good judgment in decision-making & reporting issues to the Restaurant Owner.

Job Description Employment requirements:

• Completion of a college or other program related to food management is usually required.
• Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
