Job Description • Complete full-cycle bookkeeping services for clients using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Organize and update financial documents regarding client’s business operations, maintain financial databases and backup forpreparing financial statements.
• Prepare year-end filings, including personal tax returns, corporation income tax returns and T4/T4A slips.
• Provide internal financial reports, bank reconciliation, and accounts analysis.
• Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
• At least three years’ bookkeeping experience in a professional accounting firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Cantax, Caseware, and FormMaster
