Job Description Job Duties and Requirements:
• Prepare and cook various Indian snacks, such as samosas, pakoras, vada pav, and chaats, following authentic recipes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage ingredient preparation, including chopping vegetables, grinding spices, and preparing batters and doughs.
• Monitor and control the cooking process to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of dishes.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient preparation of orders during busy periods.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that stocks are replenished as needed.
