Job Description Responsibilities

Tasks

Package take-out food

Prepare, heat and finish simple food items

Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment

Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

Remove kitchen garbage and trash

Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Follow and mentor team on food storage and preparation guidelines

Maintain a clean and functional workspace

Training

Knowledge and compliance of Alberta Health standards, occupational health and safety and franchise systems

Effectively communicate with team and other leaders.
