Job Details Zhongda Express is a leading logistics and express delivery company in Canada, offering domestic and international express services and logistics solutions.

Currently, we are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our group. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be Unit 110, 2845 23 St NE, Calgary T2E 7A4. The wage will be $26.50/hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.

Job Description:
• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including freight forwarding, shipping, and delivery.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that occur.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Supervise and lead a team of logistics members.
• Identify potential risks and disruptions within the procedure, such as transportation delays, issues, or natural disasters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including customs regulations, trade compliance, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints related to supply chain operations.
