Job Details Assist with customer and vendor Invoicing
Reconcile Visa & Fuel statements for all companies and identify discrepancies
Enter day to day financial transactions into internal databases
Month end accounting support
General Bookkeeping
Assist accounting team on an as needed basisFull cycle accounting experience required
Post secondary school in accounting or related is considered an asset
Knowledge of GAAP
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
