LINE COOKS (5 positiions available)
-must have 1 year to less than 2 years work experience as a line cook in Mexican cuisine
Working Conditions:
Attention to detail- able to work in Fast-paced environment- some overtime required - be physically fit for physically demanding job- able to do repetitive tasks; be able to stand for extended periods, and able to work under pressure

Job Description
Line cooks at our establishment are expected to prepare and cook entire Mexican cuisine meals; create Mexican meals, calculate serving sizes, project food costs and requirements, and keep an eye on and place supply orders; examine the food service sections and kitchens; transfer skills by educating employees in food handling, cooking, and preparation of Mexican meals dishes; also must oversee assistants and kitchen workers; they are expected to keep track of food, supplies, and equipment inventory and keep records, and maintain the kitchen in good maintenance standards.
