Requirements are a high school diploma, a completion of a college program of culinary or have any food related experience.
Need to be able to cook different kinds of meals and cook special meals instructed by chef or dietitian, help clean kitchen and work area, be able to keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment's.

Job Description
Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes.
Prepare and cook special meals for customers as instructed by dietitian or chef
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and record-keeping
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Help clean kitchen and work area
Adept at managing various stations, from grilling to sautéing
Partake in planning menus, determining size of food portions, estimating food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Make sure the food meets the standards and follows food regulation
Potentially hire and train kitchen staff
