Need to be able to communicate, do physical handling/labor, be able to help with budgeting, making menus, hiring staff, make schedule and ensure that the space is clean.

Job Description
Oversee, coordinate, and manage the tasks of personnel involved in food preparation, portioning, and service.
Predict and procure necessary ingredients and supplies.
Generate food order summaries based on requests from dieticians, customers with food allergies and others.
Develop work schedules and operational protocols.
Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, maintenance, sales, and waste.
Train staff in their roles, emphasizing sanitation and safety protocols.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards in food preparation and service.
Potentially participate in hiring food service staff and contribute to the formulation of policies, procedures, and budgets.
May also devise menus and analyze associated food and labor expenses.
Entails continuous physical activity, involving manually handling of materials and frequent movement such as walking or running to attend to customers' needs.
