Job Title: Hairstylist

Work Location: Suite 101, 32625 South Fraser Way Abbotsford, BC V2T 1X8

Wage: $18.00 per hour; 35 hours per week

Number of positions: 2

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Description Job Duties:

-Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair,
-Clean and style wigs and hair pieces,
-Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features or determine style from client's instructions and preferences,
-Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair,
-Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
-Blow drying, Hair braiding, Iron waving/curling, Twisting, Pin curls

Job Requirements/Skills:
-Completion of high school is required
-Knowledge of English language is required
-Must have at least one year of work experience in a similar field.
