Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook entire meals or separate dishes and foods.
- Make dishes specifically tailored for customers who have food allergies or intolerances
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Check kitchens and food service areas to make sure everything is clean and safe.
- Manage kitchen operations
- Keep track of inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Keep the kitchen and workspaces clean.
