Job Description
Specific Skills:
• Receive and direct telephone or electronic inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, either manually or electronically.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files for projects, contracts, scripts, and other important documents.
• Support the planning and execution of entertainment events by coordinating logistics, managing guest lists, and preparing event materials.
• Transmit and receive messages accurately and promptly.
• Offer general information and assistance to clients and the public.
• Prepare copies of documents and arrange them for distribution, mailing, or filing.
• Offer customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
• Assist entertainment industry professionals with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
• Coordinate and schedule office tasks and appointments efficiently.
