Victoria Education Solutions Inc. has a job opening of a Vocational School Administrator. This is a permanent full-time job opportunity that assumes responsibility for managing the academic and related activities of our education centres and colleges.
About the Job Requirements:
Following are the job skills and requirements for this position:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role is required.
• Completion of a graduate degree in a field related to business administration and 3 years of experience as a college teacher.

About the Working Hours, Salary:
• Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM (including one hour lunch break)
• Job Salary: $52 per hour.

Job Description
Vocational School Administrator
• Provides in-person admin and logistical support of School’s events and functions, Schools Meetings;
• Arranges draft agendas, prepares related background material, process invoices, honorariums, takes minutes and files and archive meeting documents in the respective electronic filing system;
• Provides student advising services in person during the academic year and pick periods such as course adds/drops and licensing exam registrations;
• Help with the research and curriculum development for the training programs, recommend curriculum revisions and additions and approve scheduling of courses;
• Consult with government regulatory and licensing agencies to ensure conformance to provincial standards;
• Identifies, refers, and communicates IT related issues (photocopiers, computer issues in the office, etc.) and building facilities issues to other appropriate departments for resolution.
• Maintains up to date information on education center’s or colleges’ manuals on a yearly basis.
