Job Details Maple Leaf 1st Realty LTD is looking to hire 02 suitable candidates who are available full time for a permanent position of Building Maintenance Man/Woman. As a Building Maintenance worker, you will be performing tasks related to the general maintenance of the buildings, execute minor repairs, maintain equipment and installation and perform preventive inspection of systems relating to the building.

Job Description JOB DUTIES
• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical system, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
• Perform minor repairs on appliances
• Perform safety and security checks
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Water and tend to plants, lawns/and or gardens
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
