Job Description 1. Establish methods to meet work schedules.
2. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
4. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies!
5. Ensure food service and quality control.
6. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
7. Prepare and submit reports.
8. Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
9. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
10. Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
11. Establish work schedules.
