Job Details Body and Spirit Cannabis Corp. is a Canadian-based company with the business experience of over 20 years specializing in providing a value-added, lot-specific, accurate THC and CBD data as well as cannabis products. We are currently looking to expand our family and gain an experienced, hardworking, and self-motivated retail store supervisor.
Responsibilities
Tasks
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for sales workers
• Hire and train or arrange training for new staff members
• Monitor new sales staff and report on their performance
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Maintain specified inventory
• Order merchandise
• Authorize payments and return of merchandise
• May performed duties as workers supervised
• Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, supply shortage, etc.
• Ensure the visual standards and image such as store display, signage and cleanliness are maintained
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required (opening and closing of the store, signing for deliveries, etc.)
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personal matters.
