Tasks
Prepare production and other reports, Supervise workers and projects, Co-ordinate and schedule activities, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Recommend personnel actions, Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units, Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
Supervision: Heavy duty equipment mechanics, 16-20 people, Working groups, Staff in various areas of responsibility, Electrical mechanics, Small engine and equipment mechanics, Automotive technicians/motor vehicle mechanics, Apprentices, Trades helpers, Labourers
