Requirements:
- Completion of college or other courses in accounting, bookkeeping or payroll administration required
- At least 5 years of payroll administration experience required
- Must be knowledgeable about a payroll system or software

Job Description
• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees, maintain and update employee information using manual or computerized systems
• Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees and update salary information when employees receive a raise or bonus
• Prepare, verify and process all employee payroll-related payments
• Provide information on payroll matters and prepare supporting documentation such as payslips, tax forms, Records of Employment and other statements
• Identify payroll errors and resolve issues for employees
• Prepare and balance yearly reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
