• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities and plans of the aesthetics and hairdressing services offered onsite
• Interview, hire, and supervise staff and students engaged in the aesthetics and hairdressing services
• Ensure that service standards are reinforced and procedures are followed in accordance with rules and policies
• Plan and manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock level
• Plan and manage budgets and costs for beauty supplies and equipment
• Resolve customer problems and complaints and ensure that customer requests are followed up in a timely manner
• Provide support with administrative and financial duties
• Prepare and review reports, manuals, and customer satisfaction survey

Job Requirements

• Minimum college’s diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Sociable, welcoming, and a good team player
• Work well under pressure and have a positive attitude
• Proficiency with workplace software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.
