- Clean and prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry for sale
- Cut poultry and meat into parts
- Grind and slice meats and poultry using grinder and slicer
- Weight, price and sell meats to customers
- Ensure the maintenance of food storage, equipment, displays and work area
- Maintain inventory and inspect the quality of meat
