We are looking for a full-time two-year contract Renovation Manager to join our company in Richmond, BC. This individual will plan, develop, coordinate and manage the overall activities for residential renovations.
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• 5 years of renovation experience in management or supervisory roles.
• Experience/knowledge in bamboo wood panels.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide direction to all aspects of a renovation project life cycle and ensure each project meets quality specifications.
• Lead/organize the work activities in renovation sites and assist the owner in directing the renovation company.
• Review plans and specifications to determine renovation resource requirements and timelines.
• Plan budgets and prepare work schedules.
• Select workers, subcontractors, and coordinate and supervise their activities.
• Oversee the renovation progress to keep timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding plans and specifications.
• Prepare bids for renovation projects and manage budgets.
• Create and execute marketing plans to promote our services.
• Maintain database for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
