Job Description Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full Time, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours

Salary: $18.50 Hourly, for 30.00 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Calgary, Alberta (1 vacancy)

Skill Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Setting: Restaurant

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Workers Supervised: Kitchen and food service helpers, Food and beverage servers, Cook (general)

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Prepare and submit reports; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Establish work schedules; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control

Additional Skills: Address customers' complaints or concerns; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Establish methods to meet work schedules

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Standing for extended periods;
