Job Duties:
• Prepare sauces and soups for the dishes
• Cook Japanese dishes in our menus.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Order supplies and equipment if necessary
• Clean kitchen and work area

Employment requirement for the position:
• 1 to 2 years of experience of cooking experience in a commercial setting
• Completion of Secondary school
• Cooking experience for Japanese dishes will be strong asset
Skills required:
• Standing longer for extended periods
