Job Description Four Seasons Whistler Holdings Ltd. is located at 4591 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC V8E 0Y4 is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time and Permanent Food Service Supervisor.
Conditions:
Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent position)
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Wage: $17.50 / hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
• Vacation: 4% gross salary
• Positions Available: 2
Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: Several years of experience in food preparation or service or completion of college program in related discipline are required

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate assigned shift schedule
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Check staff punctuality and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure that food and service meet high standards.
• Communicate with customers and receive feedback.
• Train new staff.
