Job Details Night Shift Baker
Romano’s Pizza is looking for two (2) experienced full-time, permanent (40 hr) Night Shift Bakers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare dough according to the recipe to be ready for next day’s orders.
• Mix the dough and batters.
• Ensure product quality and hygiene
• Maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces.
• Train new team members.
• Maintain and operate all cooking equipment.
• Evaluate food requirements and maintain standard level and quantity for same at all times

Job Description And:

• Several years of proven relevant work experience in a similar setting or completion of programs for bakers is required.
• Experience in pizza making is preferred
• Strong interpersonal & relationship skills
• High school diploma
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, Shift work may be required; weekend, late night, early morning


Remuneration:

• $16.5 per/hr + tips
• 2 weeks vacation
