Job Description Job duties:
- Prepare and cook Korean traditional food called Dauck, beverages and dishes
- Prepare the ingredients for Korean traditional foods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Plan, make and decorate traditional food in a western way for customers
- Draw up production schedules
- Prepare for traditional dishes for customers' Korean traditional wedding & life events
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and work areas
- Operating properly cooking machinery including grain grinder, steamer, puncher and so on.
