Job Details Teamcoover is seeking an experienced caregiver to support a Vancouver-based family needing support for their 3 child(ren). The position is expected to commence ASAP. Childcare will take place in the Teamcoover client’s (Beth G. Childcare) home.

Personal Skills: Reliability; Effective interpersonal skills; Team player; Excellent oral communication; Judgement and intuitiveness; and Flexibility.

Specific Skills: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; tend to emotional well-being of children; supervise and care for children; prepare and serve nutritious meals; instruct children in personal hygiene and social development; take or accompany children to and from school and/or activities; and organize, activities such as games and outings for children.

Additional Skills: Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties incidental to the care of the children; assume full responsibility for the household in absence of parents.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: At least 1 year of childcare experience is required

Other Requirements: Criminal record check required.

Hours: Full-Time
Wage: Higher of $15.20/hour or Prevailing Wage
