Yamato Japanese Restaurant/Fune Japanese Restaurant

Full service Japanese restaurant in Toronto requires an experienced Teppanyaki cook to start immediately. Salary is $18/hour for a 40-hour week. The position is full time and permanent.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of Japanese style Teppanyaki dishes, determining size of food portions and keeping your work area clean.

You must have attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Japanese cuisine, Teppanyaki in a full service restaurant. You must also have good English language skills and a high school education.

The employer will pay relocation costs.
