Wage: $45,000-$50,000 with 2weeks paid vacation, Extended health benefit
Work hours: 40 hours/week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Oversee full operations of a retail Cannabis store.
• Schedule staff work hours and assign duties to each staff
• Monitor retail sales
• Coach new staffs & Develop strategies/manuals for staff training
• Order accessories and cannabis products
• Program Barnet POS system
• Prepare Financial report to managers including revenues and expenditure, inventory control
• Budget and forecast sales volumes and inventory levels
• Interview and hire new staffs

Employment requirement for the position:
• 1-2 years of cannabis sales experience
• 1 year of cannabis leadership will be strong asset
• Working knowledge of the Barnet POS system for backend operation is the must
• Completion of Secondary school

Skills required:
• Good communication skills to work with others to maximize the efficiency of the store operation
• Ability to work under pressure or/and in fast paced environment
