Job Description Specific Skills
Work in conjunction with the Store Manager/Owner in managing all areas of the daily operations of the store
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread invoices, brochures, flyers from machine dictation and handwritten copy
Records shipment data, including weight, charges and space availability
Manage receiving schedules of inbound shipments for vendors
Maintenance of various spreadsheets
Assisting with the AS-IS product mark down program
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other employees
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer with various vendors /partners
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving report
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer
Record and prepare minutes of meetings
