Location: 296 Gerrard Street East Toronto ON, M5A2G4

Main duties
Prepare a variety of Japanese street food dishes; determine portion size and monitor supplies; clean and maintain kitchen and workplace areas.

Food Specialties
Japanese regional street foods.

Requirements
Minimum 18 months experience preparation of various Japanese dishes in high volume kitchen including 6 months experience in preparation of Japanese street food cuisine.

Minimum secondary school education

English language skills for English language workplace

Ability to lift 25kg.
Ability to work within tight deadlines, fast-paced environment, reliable and accurate.
