Job Description Main duties:
- Ensure daily bakery is made to high standard in a timely, safe and consistent manner
- Measure, weigh and mix flour and other ingredients
- Prepare dough for loaves of bread, pastries, and sweet goods
- Knead, roll and cut dough into shapes
- Operate machinery, such as the oven, mixer, etc.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters
- Apply and decorate baked goods with icing, Cream, and other toppings
- Assist with stock rotation

Education and Skills Requirement:
- Completion secondary school is required,
- 1-2 years work experience in baking pastries
