Temptation Café is looking for a Restaurant Manager who is willing to be a team member and conduct all duties related to this position.

Job Title: Restaurant Manager/NOC 0631

Location: Suite 12, 1075 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C, V6E3C9

Number of vacancies: 1

Status: Permanent Full-time

Hourly rate: CAD $26.50/Hour

Shift: 35 Hours/Week

Job Description Main Duties:
• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities,
• Set staff work schedules and oversee their performance,
• Recruit employees and supervise the training of employees,
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,
• Resolve customer complaints as necessary,
• Review restaurant inventory and order supplies as needed,
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs,
• Decide what type of services to be provided and implement operational procedures,
• Plan and improve menus and ensure food meets quality standards,
• Modify work procedures or processes to meet deadlines,
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management,
• 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
