Job Description Main Duties:
• Be able to manage the operations of the company,
• Hire and train painters,
• Supervise workers by co-ordinating their activities in painting and decorating residential and commercial projects,
• Plan to meet work schedules with subcontractors,
• Improve work and product quality,
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies,
• Read blueprints and drawings,
• Report work progress.

Qualifications & skills:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience is required.
