Job Details Surrey-based family is presently seeking an experienced caregiver to care for their 2 school-age children. The position is expected to commence ASAP. Childcare will take place in the employer's home.

Personal Skills: Reliability; Effective interpersonal skills; Team player; Excellent oral communication; Judgement and intuitiveness; and Flexibility.

Specific Skills: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; prepare children for rest periods; tend to emotional well-being of children; supervise and care for children; prepare and serve nutritious meals; and take children to and from school and activities.

Additional Skills:
Light housekeeping and meal preparation, incidental to the care of the children; assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents.

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.

Experience:
At least 1 year of childcare or related experience is required.

Other Requirements: Criminal record check required.

Hours: Full-Time
Wage: Higher of $15.20/hour or Prevailing Wage
