Job Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Schedule shifts for other staff members
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Establish work schedules

Job Description Job requirement:
Minimum one year of work experience required in a similar field.
Knowledge of English language is required.
High school education is required.
Must pay attention to details and be able to work in a fact pace environment.
