Job Description We are now hiring a Shift Manager.

General Job Duties: Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure and maintain a clean and safe work environment;
– Train new staff in preparation, handling and cooking of food
– Supervise and support junior kitchen and front line staff in all positions
– Maintain inventory records of food, supplies and equipment;
– Opening and/or Closing duties including cash out, till and safe counts, banking deposits;
– Report to the Operations Manager and assist and complete duties as assigned.
– Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes and foods;
– Prepare and cook special meals for customers as directed.
– Learn, understand and execute supervision of the Brand standards
– Deal with customer special requests and complaints

Required languages: English
Education level: Secondary School
Required skills: Food Service/Hospitality Experience. Must have a love of food and strive for culinary excellence Driven and focused Inspirational/Motivational At Harvey's “Every Guest Leaves Happy ”!
Additional skills / Assets: At least one year of experience in the restaurant/fast food industry and some experience in a supervisor/management role.
