Job Description:

• Assign workers to duties
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules

Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson, customer service, or rental agent is required.
-Ability to supervise 3 to 4 people

Salary: $21.00 hourly, 30 hours per week

Benefits: Extended medical insurance provided on a 50/50 basis after 3 months of work.

Important Information:
Our opening hours are from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, the work schedule will consist of 6 days per week with assigned 5 hour shifts (shifts will rotate between supervisors). It includes 30 minutes of unpaid lunch break and one paid health break of 15 minutes. Weekend work and flexibility in schedule will be required depending on the business’ needs.
