Job Description • Helps manager in recruitment and selection, training, performance management, recognition, and development.
• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
• Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed for all shifts.
• Lead, manage and deliver the Perfect Culinary Experience each shift: dine-in, sports bar, take-out and delivery, and guest recovery.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in training, supervising, counseling, and disciplining staff.
• Ensure operational and occupational health and safety standards are in place and adhered to each and every shift.
• Prepare inventory reports and make sure all the ingredients are available to run smooth operations in the kitchen.
• Assist the General Manager with all aspects of restaurant operations.
