Job Description - Direct, oversee, and review cleaning jobs of housekeepers;
- Assign responsible rooms/areas to housekeepers;
- Assist the general manager in cleaning duties of rooms and the property;
- Collaborate with the manager and supervisors to ensure cleaning work is done in timely and consistent manner;
- Communicate with housekeepers about their expected schedule and consult with the general manager for preparation of shift schedule;
- Monitor and train any new housekeeping employees;
- Report issues requiring maintenance, repair, or replacement to the general manager and to the front desk;
- Ensure that the cleaning jobs are complete and meet the hotel brand's quality standard;
