Job duties:

-Supervise and coordinate shop staff and their activities.
-Prepare work schedules and make sure that work is performed as per the company standards.
-Maintain a proper level of inventory to avoid overstocking or understocking of cell phone accessories.
-Resolve customer complaints and provide them excellent customer service.
-May perform job duties of a salesperson at the shop.

Job Description Job requirements:

-Completion of high school education is required.
-Must have at least one year of retail sales work experience.
-Knowledge of English language is required.
-Must be confident and have a positive attitude.
