Job Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Tim Hortons restaurant.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Leading and managing restaurant operations with visible enthusiasm while ensuring it operates efficiently and profitably

Job Description Job Requirements/Skills:
Completion of high school is required
Knowledge of English language is required
Minimum two years of work experience required in a similar field.
Must be prepared to work under pressure
