Job Details Rakes & Ladders is looking for a reliable full-time (40 hr) permanent, Landscape Supervisor/Foreman.

Salary: $26 per/hr for 40 hours per week
Your duties:
• Carry out supervising all aspects of garden maintenance: lawn installations and maintenance, planting, pruning of shrubs and trees, and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways and retaining walls
• Reviewing current staff performance and recruiting
• Train workers in job duties and monitor junior members
• Meeting and communicating with clients
• Drawing up work schedules and coordinating with management to ensure company efficiency.

• Speaking French and/or Spanish is an asset
Education: High School preferably training in landscaping or similar field.
Experience: 1+yr proven experience in a similar or related supervisory role.
