Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of administrative services
• Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
• Direct and control regulatory compliance procedures
• Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies
• Prepare reports and briefs for CEO evaluating administrative services
• Interview, hire and oversee training for staff.

Requirements/Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Public Administration are required.
? 3-5 years’ experience in administrative manager / administrative officer level are required.
