Job Duties:

? Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
? Establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met and operation procedures are followed
? Administer policies and procedures related to the product safety compliance
? Co-ordinate and plan for equipment, supplies, and forms related to import/exporting chemical products
? Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
? Prepare reports of operating budget and maintaining inventories to the CEO

Requirements/Qualifications:

? College Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Public Administration are required.
? 3-5 years in senior clerical in office administration or administrative officer level experience are required.
