Education Requirement: Secondary School Graduation
Job Experience: 1 Year (Preferrable)
Will provide on site job training
Work Site Environment: Odours, Noisy, Cold/refrigerated

Job Description Job Duties
• Cut, debone, trim or grind meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or otherwholesale use
• Cut chicken, beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts forfurther cutting, processing or packaging
• Sharpen and adjust knives and powered grinders and slicing machines on a daily basis
• Receive, inspect, and manage different kinds of meats inventory upon delivery
• Ensure the proper temperature of refrigerators and freezers for storing different kind of meats
• Properly clean and sanitize the cutting equipment and work stations to maintain health and sanitationstandards in accordance to the guideline of Health Canada
