Job Requirements:
• Secondary education;
• Take a training program in childcare or a related field is an asset;
• Have at least 1 years of experience looking after children;
• Proficiency in English;
• First aid certificate;
• Criminal record check and reference may be required;
• Organized and reliable;
• Healthy, enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated;
• Have a strong sense of responsibility;

Job Description • Monitor children to ensure they are aware of their physical and emotional needs and to maintain constant safety
• Prepare hot healthy snacks and prepare meals
• Maintain a regular schedule of study time, mealtime and play time for older daughter
• Maintain a regular schedule of nap time, mealtime and learn time and play time for younger daughter
• Engage children in fun learning activities and design daily activities for them
• Perform light housekeeping duties and keep all meals and activity areas clean and well organized
• Update parents on the children’s performance and development and of any problems, especially with socializing learning or physical activity
• Follow all curriculum guidelines and/or special rules as laid out by parents
• Perform other child care support duties as required by employer
