Job Details Panago Pizza in Campbell River, BC is looking for a full time Restaurant Supervisor for our
store location at 223 Dogwood Street, Campbell River, BC V9W 2Y1. This is a full-time
position with 8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be
performing all the duties described below:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve
food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Update and Train staff for new store promotions and deals
• Ensure that the company policies are met and being followed by the staff
• Meeting safety and preparation standards as per the company guidelines
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of
policies, procedures, and budgets

Job Description Requirements:

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience and/or customer service experience
• Availability to work a variety of hours, which may include weekends, evenings, early
morning shifts and holidays
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English effectively
• Basic math skills to handle cash and financial reports
• Completion of High School or Diploma required

Specific Skills:

Determine staffing requirements; Manage staff and assign duties; Resolve problems that arise,
such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Recruit, hire and/or volunteers; Plan,
organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; Strong interpersonal, verbal and written
skills.

What we offer:

• $17.00/hr
• 4% Vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
• Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time position
