Job Duties:
-Plan, direct and evaluate the overall operations of the restaurant and kitchen.
-Set weekly staff schedules and assign job duties.
-Determine staffing needs, interview, hire and train new staff members.
-Conduct staff performance review.
-Control inventory, supplies and waste etc and implement ways to improve efficiency.
-Handle reservations and bookings
-Resolve customer complaints that may arise and demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with both clients and vendors.
-Maintain highest standards of food quality and cleanliness at the restaurant

Job Description Job Requirement:
-Knowledge of English language is required
-Must have two years of work experience in a similar field.
-Completion of high school education is required.
-Passion for service and commitment to quality.
-Strong attention to details.
